What Is Board Certification?

oard Certification is a classification provided by The Florida Bar so that consumers or victims can know what lawyers have specialized knowledge and training in a certain area of the law. For example, I am Board Certified in civil trial law, so this means that I have specialized knowledge in helping those that have been victims of some type of an accident, or that I have specialized knowledge in the area of personal injury, wrongful death and product liability matters. Less than 5% of the lawyers in the state of Florida are Board Certified, so it’s very important to seek out a Board Certified attorney after you’ve been involved in an accident.
