Mr. Keeley initially served as a contract accident investigator with the Florida East Coast Railway and was then appointed Chief of Police. As Director of the Railway’s police department, his responsibilities included supervision and leadership of all law enforcement and security personnel throughout the State of Florida, including handling of all accident investigations and trial preparation.In addition to his association with the Railway, Mr. Keeley was also an independent adjuster and owner of a firm specializing in handling risk management and claims for large self-insured accounts, insurance carriers, and sports team franchises. He is qualified as an expert in automobile physical damage, motorcycle physical damage, and train accident reconstruction.
Mr. Keeley has held numerous leadership positions and memberships in professional organizations. He has been inducted into the prestigious organization, The Inner Circle of Investigators. He is also a member of the National Association of Professional Accident Reconstruction Specialists. He is a past Treasurer and Board Member of the International Association of Railway Police and holds memberships in the Dade County Police Chiefs Association, the Florida Police Chiefs Association, National Association of Chiefs of Police, International Association of Chiefs of Police, and is a Paralegal affiliate of the Palm Beach County Justice Association.
