How Much Will It Cost Me to Hire an Attorney in Florida for a Brain Injury?

Back to Videos

Video Transcript

The Florida Bar, which regulates lawyers in the state of Florida, allows for personal injury lawyers, like our law firm, to represent victims on the contingency fee basis. What this means is that no monies will be paid to us for us to begin representing and working for you. The only way we will get paid is if we make a recovery for you. Or stated otherwise, us getting paid is contingent upon us making a recovery for you. If for some reason we’re not able to make a recovery for you, you will not owe us anything. No attorney’s fees, no costs. However, if we are able to make a recovery for you, we get a percentage or a portion of the recovery.
