Back to Videos

Video Transcript

The case will be analyzed from a lot of different perspectives. First, we would look to see if the manufacturer of the motor vehicle put the vehicle into the stream of commerce with a defective design or perhaps the vehicle was defectively manufactured, so the manufacturer of the vehicle could be responsible. Any distributors of the motor vehicle, those would also put the vehicle into stream of commerce. Or, if the vehicle has been recently serviced, repaired, maintained at some type of facility, we would also look to see if there was negligent service or negligent maintenance of the vehicle. This type of case does exist and we will analyze it looking at it from a bunch of different perspectives.
